Are you a Technical Manager/ Engineering Manager with an understanding in Electromagnetic/ Magnetic principles looking for a position in an extremely well-established and global manufacturer of access control, door automation, and biometric entry systems, currently going through a period of massive growth and looking to employ a new member to their senior leadership team?

Do you want to work in a role that offers both technical progression and a senior management/ leadership position, giving you the chance to progress your career by gaining exposure to operations coordination and team leadership responsibilities whilst simultaneously championing and driving innovation and providing support to clients and external stakeholders?

In this role you will be responsible for leading the technical team, driving innovation, providing expert support to clients and internal stakeholders, as well as helping the technical team with electrical and mechanical engineering operations, and finally helping with the design stage of product development.

This role would suit a Technical Manager/ Engineering Manager with experience in electromagnetic principles or magnetic locking systems, looking for a role that offers both autonomy over your work and technical progression in a company who are market leaders both in the UK and worldwide.
