In the Graduate Specialist Programme (GSP), you are in good hands as a technical professional with a good feel for current market developments.
Our trainee programme as an "Applications Engineering Graduate" is your career start in an internationally successful company. Over 18-24 months, you will rotate through specialist departments in our plant in Glenrothes and abroad, tailored to your interests and goals.
