Qualifications

• MRICS chartered building surveyor with PQE.
• Extensive experience in commercial surveying and TDD.
• Strong client management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead TDD work across commercial buildings in the UK.
• Manage and deliver technical consultancy and due diligence commissions.
• Mentor junior surveyors and support team development.
• Maintain financial controls and project profitability.
• Build strong client relationships and exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with project managers and leaders for service delivery.
