Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading field-based technical teams
• Industry background in alarm systems, video surveillance, security, telecommunications, or related fields
• Strong working knowledge of CCTV, intrusion systems, and fire alarm systems
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel ~50% for business trips and events

Responsibilities

• Developing and growing a team of Technical Managers in the UK
• Implementing a comprehensive Ajax Systems training program for the UK market
• Provide product feedback and requests
• Introduce product roadmaps and new features for distributors and installers
• Visit key customers, promote solutions, and collaborate with Ajax’s BDMs
• Teach technical staff at distributors and dealers
• Test product features and write technical documentation
• Analyze customer needs with sales teams
• Create vision and provide direction
• Develop training materials for the Technical Sales Training Team
• Travel around 50% of the time
