Responsibilities

• Remain hands-on with programming, code reviews, architecture and technical problem-solving.
• Take engineering software products through development, testing and successful commercial launch.
• Set the technology strategy and product roadmap, prioritising work around customer needs and commercial opportunities.
• Lead and develop the software engineering team, improving delivery quality and speed.
• Work directly with customers to understand requirements, demonstrate products and communicate their value.
• Drive technical sales activity, contribute to proposals and help convert opportunities into revenue.
• Shape product packaging, pricing and licensing or subscription models.
• Take responsibility for product performance, customer adoption and ongoing improvement.
