Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd in London or Birmingham is seeking a Technical Director – Architecture for Data Centres to lead the architectural direction of major hyperscale projects. This senior role shapes the next stage of a growing data centre architecture practice and delivers across multi-discipline teams.

You will drive site due diligence, feasibility study, campus masterplanning, concept and detailed design, design governance, construction documentation and procurement, while

Qualifications

Experience leading hyperscale or co-location data centre design.
Strong leadership and multi-disciplinary coordination skills.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management.
Credibility to operate at Technical Director / senior leadership level.
Interest in business development and team growth.

Responsibilities

Provide senior technical and architectural leadership across major data centre programmes.
Site due diligence, feasibility and campus masterplanning.
Concept and detailed design.
Technical coordination and design governance.
Construction documentation and procurement.
Construction-stage services.
Ensure solutions are coordinated, technically robust and buildable.
