Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd in London or Birmingham is seeking a Technical Director – Architecture for Data Centres to lead the architectural direction of major hyperscale projects. Technical Director – Architecture | Data Centres

London or Birmingham | Hybrid

A newly created Technical Director opportunity within its growing Data Centre Architecture business. This is a senior leadership appointment for an architect with a strong track record across hyperscale, co-location or other mission-critical data centre projects who wants to play a significant role in shaping the next stage of a growing specialist capability.

The business is currently delivering a portfolio of major UK hyperscale data centre projects, with the ambition and potential to pursue further opportunities across Europe as the business continues to build its teams and capability.

The opportunity

As Technical Director, you will provide senior technical and architectural leadership across major data centre programmes, from:

• Site due diligence, feasibility and campus masterplanning
• Concept and detailed design
• Technical coordination and design governance
• Construction documentation and procurement
• Construction-stage services

You’ll work at a senior level across Architecture, Civil & Structural, MEP, Fire, Security and other specialist disciplines, ensuring solutions are coordinated, technically robust and buildable.
