AtkinsRéalis UK Limited is seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineering Technical Director to lead the delivery of land development and infrastructure projects across the UK. You will shape technical governance, mentor leaders, and drive growth with major clients and developers.

The role requires Chartered Civil Engineer status and a proven track record in complex development programs, utilities, drainage, and construction logistics. Hybrid working with travel across the UK is offered.

Competenze

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering with Chartered status (ICE or equivalent).
• Extensive experience delivering development infrastructure projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic technical leadership and governance across major land development projects; act as technical authority.
• Lead resource planning, capability development and succession to grow the civil engineering team.
• Build and sustain senior client relationships, identify strategic opportunities and drive growth across land development.
