Job summary

Pure Pet Food Ltd, a UK-based company, is looking for a Technical Development Manager to lead nutrition and technical excellence across the UK and EU ranges. You will integrate customer insight, product performance data and regulatory considerations to continually improve our nutrition, palatability and digestibility.

You will work with Compliance, Operations, Procurement, Finance and Customer Service to ensure high standards and lead the development of exciting new products for Pure.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting nutritional data and translating into actionable guidance.
• Ability to review analytical results and propose evidence-based actions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of pet nutrition standards and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as Pure's internal technical and nutritional expert across existing and new products.
• Lead testing and quality programs with suppliers to ensure nutritional standards are met.
• Ensure recipes meet FEDIAF guidelines across life stages and breeds.
• Lead NPD process from concept to launch with product and nutrition insight.
• Advise on recipe improvements for palatability, digestibility and nutrition.
• Collaborate with CX, Product, Compliance, Operations and Finance to embed nutrition into decisions.
