EVEREC is seeking a Technical Design Manager to lead the in-house design capability for UK EV charging hubs and depots in London. You will own the technical design process from feasibility through to detailed design, tender and construction, developing standardised designs, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver fast, cost-effective site deployments.

• Proven experience delivering RIBA Stage 4 design packages.
• Experience with UK planning processes and discharge of conditions.
• Experience coordinating multi-site infrastructure projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead the technical design of EV charging hubs from feasibility to Stage 4.
• Produce detailed drawings, planning submissions, and tender packages.
• Coordinate with external consultants and planning authorities.
• Develop standardised design specifications for repeatable site delivery.
• Manage design changes and contractor RFIs during construction.
