Job summary

Eseye Ltd is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to act as the backbone of our technical delivery team. You will orchestrate multiple workflows, ensure ownership is clear, and keep timelines on track so engineers can focus on building.

You will deliver concise status updates to keep the organization aligned. You will coordinate engineering, design and product teams, maintain master schedules, and proactively flag risks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience coordinating complex technical projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile or Waterfall SDLC.
• Proficient with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Linear and Confluence/Notion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional engineering, design, and product workstreams.
• Maintain master project schedules and identify critical path items.
• Prepare high-level status reports highlighting risks and blockers.
• Define ownership using RACI or similar frameworks.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose delivery improvements.
