Futureheads is partnered with a UK-based B2B Edtech SaaS business that delivers advanced workforce training solutions. They support industries where safety and high-level training are essential, transforming workplace education through SaaS tools, VR simulations, and bespoke e-learning content.

The company is experiencing growth and aims to scale their technical team, raising talent standards to continue innovating. They seek an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join their journey.

This role, reporting to the VP of Technology, will focus on the B2B SaaS offering, collaborating with tech/digital teams to ensure project schedules and quality. It includes supporting quarterly roadmap planning, leveraging your expertise to improve team efficiency and technical standards.

The ideal candidate has B2B SaaS experience in regulated industries, strong communication skills to liaise between stakeholders and technical teams, and the ability to manage multiple projects such as migrations, onboarding, and integrations.

Requirements:

• 4+ years as a Technical Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager
• Technical knowledge and mindset, preferably with an engineering background or Computer Science degree
• B2B SaaS experience
• Experience in regulated industries like Utilities, Telecoms, Healthcare, Transportation, Education
• Data migration project experience
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies within cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multiple complex technical projects
• Relevant Agile and Project Management certifications
