Priorities within the CDAO (Chief Data & Analytics Office) include:
- Creating a modern, controlled, and secure BUK data foundation on the Group Enterprise Data Platform, providing cloud data warehousing, machine learning analytics, predictive servicing, and data-led commerce capabilities.
- Developing next-generation data capabilities for BUK, including cloud data warehousing and virtualization, control capabilities, PII pipelines, access control, and lineage.

Purpose of the Role
To manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality requirements.
Accountabilities
- Managing the delivery, resource allocation, and improvement of complex technical project capabilities using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Collaborating with customers and business teams to manage customer trials, propose feasible solutions, and set effort and timeline expectations.
- Working with software engineers, quality teams, product managers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with the bank's objectives, regulations, and security policies.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with technical projects.
- Managing change requests and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing vendor relations involved in technical projects to ensure delivery according to terms.
