The Role:
We are seeking a Delivery Manager to coordinate project delivery and sprint execution for our streaming platform. You'll serve as the primary project management liaison between our specialized streaming team and the core product development teams. Your focus is managing delivery schedules, sprint coordination, and ensuring seamless integration between streaming infrastructure milestones and overall product launch timelines.
This role centers on delivery coordination for a live, fan-facing product with demanding real-time performance requirements. You'll manage day-to-day sprint execution, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and maintain visibility into streaming platform delivery schedules that must align with core product milestones. Working with the Senior Technical Lead and Head of Technology, you'll ensure streaming infrastructure development stays synchronized with the overall product roadmap from MVP through launch and live operations.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in XR/VR platform development or management with understanding of constraints for immersive experiences
- Experience with data provider partnerships, broadcast standards, and live event technology requirements
- You have knowledge of backend development workflows, having worked with engineers on scaling challenges and understanding coordination needed for technical implementations
- Previous experience managing technical relationships with major entertainment brands or sports organizations
- Previous experience with projects focused on fan experiences and understanding the unique requirements of consumer-facing entertainment products
- A passion for live storytelling, sports and entertainment, and what immersive platforms can unlock for fandom

Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Serve as Scrum Lead for streaming development pods, managing sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and delivery cadence across streaming infrastructure, video delivery, and backend team
- Maintain comprehensive project tracking through JIRA, ensuring visibility into tickets, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies while monitoring project metrics
- Facilitate daily communication between streaming technical teams and other development pods, translating technical requirements between engineering teams and business stakeholders
- Provide Senior Technical Lead with visibility into broader project scope, timeline impacts, and resource dependencies while identifying and removing blockers that impact team productivity, including coordination of vendor deliverables and data source integrations
- Coordinate release planning, deployment schedules, and vendor timelines while managing stakeholder communication with leadership
- Establish and maintain agile development processes optimized for high-performance system delivery, supporting teams with project management tooling and cross-team collaboration
What You Will Bring:
- You have 6+ years managing technical projects with agile/scrum experience, leading software development teams through sprint cycles and delivering complex products on schedule while understanding technical roadmaps and development timelines
- You're an expert with JIRA, Confluence, Slack and coordinating multiple teams, comfortable setting up project boards, tracking tickets, documenting processes, and keeping teams connected through daily communication tools
- You're great at explaining technical stuff to non-technical people, able to take complex technical updates from engineers and translate them into clear status reports for executives, clients, and business stakeholders
- You have an understanding of live streaming product challenges, knowing what makes them different with real time performance pressure, video delivery complexity, and the high stakes of fan-facing experiences
- You're strong at spotting problems and fixing process issues, seeing bottlenecks before they become blockers, identifying team dependency struggles, and proactively solving coordination problems
- You have experience managing vendors and external partnerships, coordinating with third-party providers, managing integration timelines, and handling multiple external relationships affecting product delivery
- You have a proven track record running cross-team meetings and decisions, facilitating productive meetings between technical teams, helping groups make quick decisions, and keeping projects moving with multiple stakeholders involved. Preferred Experience:
