Job summary

TKMS Atlas UK is seeking a technically strong engineering leader to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across bids, projects and product developments at Dorset Innovation Park. This is a technical leadership role focused on delivery, not line management.

You will oversee engineering work packages, manage risks, and ensure cost, time, and quality targets are met, while liaising with suppliers and internal teams through the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver work packages.
• Develop engineering solutions including costs, risks, and schedules.
• Manage delivery in line with cost, time, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate meetings, reporting, resources, and issue management.
• Act as the technical focal point between stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Provide engineering support during design, test, and acceptance phases.
