We are seeking a Technical Delivery Director to focus on technical excellence and digital innovation in engineering consultancy services in Scotland.

This senior leadership role within our UK Water Utility Division involves working closely with teams delivering multi-year framework contracts for Scottish Water, with opportunities to support other AMP8 frameworks in England.

You will ensure our technical delivery performance meets client expectations and maintains our standards of technical excellence. As a senior leader, you will ensure:

1. The right structure and personnel are in place to meet technical demands and evolving client needs.
2. Systems and processes are optimized for project delivery, aligned with client frameworks, internal management systems, and governance.
3. A culture of innovation, challenge, and continuous improvement in delivering client solutions.
4. A deep understanding of client business objectives and technical challenges, maintaining ongoing engagement.

This role integrates our overall service offering, delivering projects efficiently while allowing for bespoke solutions and innovation. You will also help develop our teams to address any gaps in service offerings.
