Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Director to focus on technical excellence and digital innovation in engineering consultancy services in Scotland. This senior leadership role involves working closely with teams delivering multi-year frameworks for Scottish Water, with opportunities to support other frameworks in England.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure technical delivery performance meets client and internal standards of excellence.
• Lead the structure and staffing to meet technical demands and evolving requirements.
• Implement systems and processes to deliver projects effectively, adhering to client, framework, and governance standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation, challenge norms, and seek efficiency improvements.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client objectives and technical challenges, engaging regularly with clients.
