Vacancy: Technical Coordinator (Water Recycling)

Binnies, an RSK Group company, is looking for a Technical Coordinator (Water Recycling) to join our team as part of the @one Alliance.

What will you be doing?

Working within our Water Recycling team, you will provide technical delivery support to a designated programme of work. Your responsibilities include producing, developing, facilitating, coordinating, and monitoring technical delivery support schedules and administration across the project lifecycle.

As you gain understanding of our alliance operations and processes, you will develop skills and experience by working cross-functionally to support other teams, increasing synergy and efficiency between delivery teams.

Key responsibilities:

1. Support the production of meeting presentations, reports, and issuing Land Entry Notices by liaising with internal and external teams/organisations.
2. Assist engineers in producing public relations communications to maximize customer awareness and satisfaction.
3. Assist the Engineering team in scoping survey requirements, liaising with the Survey Co-ordination Team, and recording/submitting carbon usage, with a focus on carbon reduction and efficiency.
4. Support Technical Managers and Lead Technical Managers with administrative tasks such as customer surveys and team updates.
5. Identify areas for process improvements and implement enhancements to increase output.
6. Collaborate with other Team Coordinators to promote knowledge sharing and process improvements.

You should have demonstrable experience in taking responsibility for outputs and working collaboratively in teams. A passion for developing your career in an engineering environment, coupled with strong administrative, organizational, and IT skills, is essential.
