Technical Coordinator UK

Our goal is to support cooperatives, traders, and farmers in transitioning to insecticide-free storage, reducing energy consumption, and optimizing logistics. Our mission is to make post-harvest operations simpler, more efficient, and sustainable.

We have developed two digital solutions:

• Store&Save: a grain stock hypervision and thermometry platform
• Plan&Save: an agricultural supply chain management platform

We are seeking Technical Coordinators to deploy our solutions in the UK.

Position and Responsibilities

As UK Technical Coordinator, you will oversee the deployment of Javelot's Store&Save solutions in the UK. Your responsibilities include:

A - General

• Ensure functional site delivery respecting cost, deadlines, quality, and safety standards
• Conduct site audits and select suitable technical solutions
• Manage partnerships with subcontractors for installations
• Define KPIs to monitor deployment progress
• Report issues and collaborate on solutions
• Oversee maintenance operations and liaise with R&D for market-specific adaptations

B - Cost & Deadline Management

• Manage budgets and optimize installation costs
• Negotiate with service providers
• Develop installation schedules and milestones
• Track progress and update stakeholders

C - Quality & Safety

• Ensure subcontractor compliance with standards
• Verify operational facilities before harvest
• Conduct quality audits and ensure safety compliance

D - Business Development Support

• Support sales with testing and demonstrations for prospective clients

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and solve field problems
• Willingness to travel frequently within the UK
• Valid driving license
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Open to both junior and experienced candidates
• Technical background appreciated
