About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Adoptions & Technical Coordinator to join our friendly team based in Warrington, working from our Northern region on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Implement actions outlined in our Technical Procedures.
- Assist the Head of Technical in preparing development programmes.
- Coordinate with external consultants on construction information, sales, and conveyance documentation.
- Contribute to team targets, develop contingency plans, and provide feedback on site strategies.
- Coordinate communication between internal and external parties.
- Respond to site queries and resolve technical/construction issues.
- Review value engineering opportunities, focusing on show home delivery.
- Advise departments on Adoption and finishing works issues, and coordinate information flow.
- Manage relationships with authorities, contractors, bond providers, and solicitors to ensure timely receipt of certificates and manage bond reductions.
- Negotiate with authority engineers and inspectors to meet site requirements.
- Identify and resolve problems efficiently, adhering to company procedures.
- Provide detailed site inspection briefs and records for budgeting and procurement.
- Maintain accurate records of payments and update adoption forecasts monthly.
- Contribute to health and safety planning and documentation.
- Assist with timely completion of finishing works, certification, and bond management.
- Prepare and update programmes for maintenance and adoption targets.
- Participate in site meetings and reviews.
- Assist in the delivery and handover of private works to management companies.

- A full UK driving licence is required.
