Job summary

Mitie Group plc. Barnard Castle is seeking a Reactive Maintenance Coordinator to own the reactive maintenance process from initial request through to completion and closure.

You will coordinate reactive maintenance activities through internal engineering teams and contractors, ensure works meet SLA targets, and keep stakeholders informed through to closure.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating reactive maintenance activities within a technical or facilities management environment.
• Experience working within regulated or compliance-led environments.
• Experience using CAFM systems and managing operational work orders.
