The Role: Technical Coordinator / Estimator

This hybrid role combines technical coordination, estimating input, and operational support. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers throughout the pre-construction and live project phases, contributing to the delivery of smart, effective safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess technical drawings and scopes for feasibility and efficiency
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage technical documentation and submittals
• Assist with estimating by gathering quotes and preparing cost breakdowns
• Conduct site visits to review project conditions and provide technical insights
• Support value engineering processes and identify practical improvements
• Facilitate internal coordination across estimating, delivery, and client teams
• Ensure smooth and accurate handover of technical information for projects
• Provide flexible support across departments as needed

Requirements

Candidate Profile

• Experience in electrical, M&E, or construction-related roles
• Working knowledge of estimating or project coordination practices
• Competent in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage across functions and with suppliers
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with estimating tools advantageous
• Practical mindset, adaptable, and motivated to grow within an ambitious SME
