Technical Coordinator/Technician - Housing Developer

A well-established, award-winning housing developer is looking for a Technical Coordinator/Technician to join their growing team based in the Breckland area. The majority of the work will be in and around Norfolk, and you will report to the Technical Manager/Senior Engineer, ensuring the company meets its contractual responsibilities for coordination of construction details, managing the flow of design information, and working on projects from pre-construction to final handover.

The Technical Coordinator role is engineering-biased, so a strong engineering background is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a minimum of 12 months experience working as an Engineer or Technical Coordinator on housing projects. You will be working in a supportive team environment with opportunities for career progression. Proficiency in design software related to house building is required.

Requirements:
  1. Degree in Construction or Engineering related field
  2. Experience working directly for or alongside a house builder
  3. At least 12 months experience as an Engineer or Coordinator
  4. Engineering experience essential
