What you will do
The Technical Coordinator will be a full-time role where you will form part of the verification team. As part of this team, you will complete verifications of the mechanical sprinkler service paperwork to ensure that we have continued compliance within our LPS 1048 Accreditation.
You will attend operational Teams meetings to discuss reasons for verification failures and work with the team managers to introduce proactive action to ensure continued compliance improvement.
You will build strong relations with the operation service teams so that you are able to influence others to drive improved compliance and hit targets.

How you will do it
Review weekly service paperwork taken from a Servicemax Excel Report.
Complete a verification template form and attach to the corresponding work order.
Update the verification tracker with completed verification results.
Attend verification meetings with each operational team.
Speak with individual technicians to offer compliance best practice.
Drive verification compliance targets.
Who we look for
Relevant industry experience is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and inspirational, and demonstrate an active approach to verification and compliance targets.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence others.
Have a pro-active approach so that the verification process in continually accessed to ensure improvement.
Ability to work alone, yet also part of a larger overall team to assist in driving targets and compliance.
Comfortable with Microsoft systems- Excel, Word etc.
Ability to influence change and improvements.
