Southern Water is seeking a Technical Coordinator for the Hardham site, with willingness to travel across Sussex and a current full UK driving licence. This permanent role is 37 hours per week with a standby rota, and a starting salary up to £41,500 plus standby payments.

You will carry out audits to ensure safety, environmental and cleanliness standards, support planned work across multiple sites, and manage unannounced regulatory audits while liaising with contractors and regulators.

You’ll carry out audits to ensure cleanliness, safety, environmental management, and routine maintenance activities meet internal and regulatory requirements.This role involves close collaboration with Field Performance Managers, assisting with planned work, coordinating operational activity, and supporting the team during unplanned events or health and safety risks. You’ll also manage unannounced regulatory spot audits and liaise professionally with contractors and governing bodies.Travel between operational sites is required, and you’ll participate in a standby rota approximately 1‐in‐10.
