Job summary

Xpertex Ltd is looking for a talented individual to design and implement technical solutions that meet customer needs in Welwyn Garden City. The successful candidate will be involved in various projects that impact critical services nationally, working closely with customers to deliver high-quality technical support.

Your role entails creating detailed technical documentation and providing consultancy experience, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking products. The company offers a vibrant culture and a comprehensive benefits package including additional leave and health cover.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server.
• Familiarity with Networking products; Juniper preferred.
• Consultancy experience in providing advice and designs.

Responsibilities

• Designing technical solutions based on customer needs.
• Providing technical support on customer premises when required.
• Creating detailed technical documents like SoW and HLD.
• Supporting pre-sales engagements for customers.

Job description

• Designing and implementing technical solutions to fulfil customer needs, collaborating with senior customer stakeholders to understand their requirements
• Providing technical support to customers, including on customer premises where required
• Creating and contributing to RFP/ITT/RFI/SoW/HLD/LLD documents and completing them to a high level of technical detail
• Provide pre-sales support to the business for customer engagements
• Any other fair and relevant task or duty assigned to you by your manager, or other senior Exponential-e Ltd staff member

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience and/or qualifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server.
• Experience and/or qualifications with Networking products, Juniper would be most relevant but Cisco or HPE would also be adequate
• Consultancy experience, providing advice, proposals and designs to customers but also willing to be involved with support
