Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain knowledge of technical requirements to comply with online gambling legislation & regulations for multiple markets
• Execute end-to-end incident management including assessment, resolution, reporting & on-going monitoring
• Act as escalation point for technical compliance matters with practical business advice
• Provide compliant options to internal & external stakeholders on resolving technical incidents
• Maintain an accurate technical incident register
• Provide technical incident reporting outlining cause, effect, and resolution
• Support operational teams to maintain compliant, stable and effective technical functionality
