Job summary

Jaguar Land Rover in Solihull is seeking a Technical Coach to support the plant launch of new vehicle programmes. You will work with manufacturing, quality and engineering teams to deliver flawless launches in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll participate in Agile ceremonies, manage issues in JIRA, analyse launch data, and help ensure production readiness from programme start through Job 1 + 90 days. Strong communication and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, quality or launch environments; Agile experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the planning, control and delivery of new model launch activities from programme start through to Job 1 +90 days
• Participating in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, big room planning and showcase events while promoting collaborative ways of working
• Managing and tracking issues through JIRA and other business systems, ensuring risks and obstacles are identified and resolved effectively
• Analysing launch and quality performance data, producing reports and supporting teams to achieve key operational targets
• Supporting prototype builds, production readiness activities and cross-site launch events to help deliver exceptional outcomes

WHAT TO EXPECT

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills and experiences you'll need to help you succeed here, including:

• Experience within manufacturing, quality or launch environments, with knowledge of Agile ways of working being advantageous
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capability, supported by confident use of data and reporting tools
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience of JIRA, Confluence, Tableau or similar systems being beneficial
