Technical Business Development Manager - Industrial

Location: Leeds / Northern Patch

Salary: £60,000-£70,000 Basic Salary + Car + Bonuses + Healthcare

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 - 4:30

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a technical sales/business development representative to join an industry-leading, multisite engineering company in a technically challenging and varied role.

The company has rapidly grown year on year and has an excellent reputation for providing key solutions to a wide range of customers in manufacturing, nuclear, offshore, energy industries, and more. Their product range includes industrial ventilation and extraction units, noise control, climate control, environmental monitoring systems, and more.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek out new business opportunities with industrial engineering and manufacturing companies in industries such as general manufacturing, nuclear, oil and gas, chemicals, etc.
• Undertake site surveys to identify customer challenges and provide relevant technical solutions tailored to their needs.
• Prepare detailed reports and collaborate closely with project and installation teams.
• Deliver presentations to new and existing customers.
• Seek out new business and networking opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Technical Sales/Business Development background.
• Strong network within engineering/manufacturing sectors.
• Full driving license.
• Based in or willing to cover the North / North East regions.
