Vector Resourcing Ltd. seeks a Technical Business Analyst to translate business requirements into clear specifications for system integrations, enhancements and new implementations.

You will report to the Head of PMO and collaborate with business stakeholders, internal technical teams and third-party developers to deliver solutions that meet business needs. The role spans multiple projects with an initial 18‑month project horizon, while scope remains subject to confirmation.

• Define data mappings and integration requirements with technical teams and document dependencies.
• Manage the Jira backlog and align priorities with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Resolve requirements queries with internal and external developers during development.
• Own testing activities for workstreams and track defects to resolution.
• Identify process improvements and define system changes needed to deliver them.
• Coordinate requirements and decisions across concurrent projects and support project planning.

Our client is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to translate business requirements into clear specifications for system integrations, enhancements and new implementations. Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will work with business stakeholders, internal technical teams and third-party developers to deliver solutions that meet business needs. The role spans several projects, with a new project expected to run for around 18 months, although its scope is still being confirmed.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering to establish business needs, current processes and expected outcomes.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications, user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
• Define data mappings and integration requirements with technical teams, documenting business rules and dependencies.
• Manage the Jira backlog, agreeing priorities with business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Resolve requirements queries with internal and third-party developers throughout development.
• Own testing activities for your workstreams, coordinating business input and tracking defects through to resolution.
• Identify process improvements and define the system changes needed to deliver them.
• Coordinate requirements, dependencies and stakeholder decisions across concurrent projects, contributing to project planning and progress reporting.
