Job summary

The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) seeks a Senior Technical Business Analyst and Tester to join the ARD Systems team, delivering Salesforce and Marketing Cloud solutions for the Lifelong Learning Service. The postholder will convert business requirements into artefacts to enable project delivery and continuous improvement.

You will bring extensive experience in business analysis or testing analysis within large-scale systems, plus strong interpersonal and communication

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business analysis, testing analysis, or both in large-scale systems change.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud or related technologies is desirable (advantageous).

We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst and Tester to join the ARD Systems team and help deliver and enhance a variety of solutions centred primarily around Salesforce and Marketing Cloud for our Lifelong Learning Service. ARD Systems is the largest Business Led Technology team at LSE, and the largest IT development group Schoolwide.

The postholder will lead a user experience and quality assurance centric approach to converting business requirements to artefacts required to enable project delivery and continuous improvement.

You will have extensive experience of either business analysis, testing analysis or both in the context of large scale business systems change.
