Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA in software development.
• Experience working within a Scrum team and writing user stories/acceptance criteria.
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis and process mapping skills.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for backlog and documentation.
• Ability to understand APIs, integrations, databases and data models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse and document complex processes, workflows and data flows.
• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog in Jira.
• Collaborate with developers to understand technical solutions and data models.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Review APIs and data structures for feasibility and testability.
• Support QA and testing to ensure stakeholder expectations are met.
