As a Technical Business Analyst, you will bridge business goals and technical execution. This role involves translating business vision into actionable goals, analysing current processes, and identifying improvements. You will work closely with software engineers and QA engineers to design, implement, and test solutions that meet the organisation's objectives and drive stakeholder value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, understand, and communicate business vision, breaking it into executable goals
• Analyse current processes, identify inefficiencies or risks, and design improved processes
• Gather non-functional and technical requirements, translating them into user stories
• Articulate business value and manage scope to maximise stakeholder value
• Facilitate team communications to ensure a common vision and effective decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders, software engineers, QA engineers, and ADMs
• Manage backlog ownership and ensure discipline within the team
• Define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for measuring service performance

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a technical BA role or similar
• Experience leading systems analysis and requirements gathering for technology modernisation programmes
• Experience working in the insurance industry or financial services is advantageous
• Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is desirable
• BCS and/or IIBA Certifications are advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
