Job summary

Maxwell Bond is seeking a Technical Business Analyst in Liverpool for a hybrid role (3 days onsite). The position offers up to 48K and sits within a fast-paced, agile environment in a financial services setting.

You will work with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into clear technical requirements. You'll shape requirements from early stages to delivery, analyse processes and produce documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or software environment.
• Strong requirements gathering and analysis skills.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Structured, analytical approach to problem solving.
• Financial services experience would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders, developers and other technical teams to understand and translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements.
• Involvement from early stages of shaping requirements through to delivery.
• Analyse existing processes, systems and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Produce clear documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and testers throughout the SDLC.
• Challenge requirements where necessary to ensure solutions meet the business need.
• Support as-is to to-be process modelling and workload prioritisation across projects.

We are working with a financial services business in Liverpool who are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their Telematics Team.

This is a great opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst who is looking to take the next step in their career, gain greater ownership of projects and work closely with technical teams in a fast paced, agile environment.

You’ll sit within an experienced BA function, working alongside a Senior Business Analyst while being given the opportunity to take ownership of your own workstreams and contribute across a variety of projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Work closely with stakeholders, developers and other technical teamsto understand business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements.
