To be successful as a Technical Business Analyst, you should have:
Knowledge of data architecture, data infrastructure, or data products – Ability to understand and work within data ecosystems, supporting the development, management, or optimization of data-driven solutions.
Experience in change management – Involvement in delivering or supporting organizational change, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, implementation planning, and adoption.
Business analysis experience – Skilled in gathering requirements, identifying process improvements, and translating business needs into clear documentation to support solution design and delivery.
Understanding or knowledge of investment banking – Familiarity with the products, processes, or regulatory landscape of investment banking, enabling more informed contributions to relevant projects.
Self-starter – Demonstrates independence, with the ability to take ownership of tasks, drive progress, and deliver outcomes without close supervision.

Stakeholder management – Ability to engage, influence, and manage relationships with a range of stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
