Technical Author Assistant (Document Controller) - Submarines – Full Time – Derby. The role is within the RRSL Availability Centre, Derby, focused on the creation and amendment of technical documentation, offering responsive issue support and optimised maintenance management to deliver support to the submarine enterprise and maximise availability of RN submarines.

As the Technical Documentation TAA you will be a point of contact for dealing with the Ministry of Defence (MoD), Enterprise partners and other Rolls-Royce departments. You will assist in enabling the development and delivery of maintenance and operational Nuclear Steam Raising Plant (NSRP) technical documentation used by engineering teams across the enterprise. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to improve their depth and/or breadth of knowledge of NSRP systems, components and maintenance.
