Job Description:

We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Technical Author with experience in agriculture and/or plant machinery to join our growing team in Warwick.

Main Responsibilities:

• Gather, collate, and interpret engineering information.
• Communicate with internal and customer stakeholders.
• Use structured authoring tools and guidelines to create customer-focused publications.
• Utilise CAD data and software tools.
• Author clear, concise technical content.
• Create graphic briefs for Technical Illustrators.
• Manage machine validation workshops with stakeholders.
• Proofread documentation to meet quality standards.

Person Specification:

• Experience with agricultural or plant machinery.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Interest in technology, AI, and scripting.
• Research skills.
• Process and workflow development skills.
• Effective communication and persuasion skills.
• Workload management and deadline adherence.
• Proactive in identifying and solving issues.
