Technical Author - Agriculture, Oxford district

We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Technical Author with experience in agriculture and/or plant machinery to join our team in Warwick.

Main Responsibilities:

• Gather, interpret, and communicate engineering information.
• Use structured authoring tools and interpret technical specifications to create customer-focused publications.
• Utilise CAD data and software tools.
• Author clear, concise technical content and create graphic briefs for illustrators.
• Manage validation workshops and proofread documentation to meet standards.

Person Specification:

• Experience with agricultural or plant machinery.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong technical aptitude and interest in technology, AI, and scripting.
• Research skills and ability to develop processes.
• Effective communication and workload management skills.
• Experience with content management systems and technical writing for target groups.

Additional Details:

• 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
• Location: Warwick – Hybrid flexible working.
