Job summary

SGS is seeking a Technical Auditing Team Leader to manage an Auditor team in the UK field. The role focuses on delivering audits that meet global targets, quality standards, and accreditation requirements while driving profitability.

You will oversee certification processes, approve audit packs, and support standards development. The position requires IRCA lead auditor registration and a valid UK driving licence, with a permanent contract and 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• IRCA lead auditor registration or equivalent recognised body.
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
• Full driving licence for UK use.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of allocated Auditor team to meet global targets and ensure service quality, including accreditation requirements and profitability.
• Provide certification functions, including proposal and audit pack approvals and certificate decisions as defined by technical expertise.
• Support product management of relevant standards and schemes with technical, process, commercial and client support; plan and conduct audits under SGS procedures.
