Job summary

Assystem seeks a Technical Assistant to support the administration delivery of work packages on the Repair and Overhaul Mk7 MCP Project in the UK. The role requires handling SAP-based requisitions, coordinating with buyers, and ensuring NWAs are in place for scheduled work.

You will assist with site visits, contractor coordination, and archiving tasks while maintaining strong IT and organizational skills. security clearance to SC level is required, and the position offers a 6-month+ contract

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP procurement processes and liaison with buyers.
• Experience or training in handling NWAs and booking work.
• Experience closing Work Orders.
• Ability to provide gate reviews documentation.
• Ability to scan and archive documents.

Technical Assistant Support to the Repair and Overhaul Mk7 MCP Project

Job title: Technical Assistant

Contract Duration: 6 months +

Hours: 37 hours per week

Job description and Work Specification:

• The Technical Assistant role supports the administration delivery of work packages.

Qualifications

Profile

• SAP – Raising of req and liaising with buyers regarding quotations
• Ensuring that all NWAs are in place for work to be carried out and are being booked to correctly.
• Closing out of Work Orders
• Carry out any document requests for HoH Eg scanning etc for Gated reviews
• General scanning requests for Archiving purposes
• Arranging of visitors to site
• Arrange contractors to come to site to carry out maintenance
• General Project Support
• Strong IT, Organisation Skills. Ideally SAP experience, but training will be provided.

Security clearance

Security clearance to a minimum of SC level will be required to be considered for this role.
