JOB TITLE: TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work independently and proactively.
  • Coordinate with external service providers to organize offsite workshops.
  • Organize and coordinate relevant meetings and follow-up actions.
  • Communicate effectively within the department as directed.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports, including updating KPI dashboards.
  • Organize administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Assist the team with travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Execute assigned tasks following instructions and processes, using independent judgment when necessary.
  • Assess and suggest improvements for office and facility procedures.
  • Manage paperwork related to personnel travel and expenses.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Share ideas proactively to enhance current processes.
  • Understand departmental procedures and interdepartmental relationships.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Communicate effectively, summarize meetings, and generate clear Minutes of Meeting (MoMs).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with industry software such as Maximo, Synergi, PIMS, SAP, Procient, or similar.
