Job summary

Columbus is seeking a Technical Architect to lead design and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions across Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 FSCM, with a strong emphasis on integration architecture and technical leadership.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, working with customers and delivery teams to shape end-to-end solutions across the Microsoft technology stack. Hybrid/remote work and travel to client sites are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Azure solutions.
• Strong architecture and technical leadership experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure services such as Service Bus, API Management, Functions and Logic Apps.
• Experience designing integration solutions using APIs and messaging.
• Good understanding of identity, security, networking and non-functional requirements in Azure.
• Good working knowledge of Dynamics 365 FSCM and its core business processes.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 FSCM integration approaches (OData, data entities, DMF, business events).
• Significant experience in a customer-facing consultancy or professional services environment.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Curious, collaborative, and committed to personal development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions on Azure and Dynamics 365 FSCM.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to delivery teams.
• Collaborate with customers, delivery teams and senior stakeholders to shape end-to-end solutions across the Microsoft stack.
• Balance travel requirements with project needs and hybrid working arrangements.
