Job summary

Columbus UK is seeking a Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions across Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 F&O. The role emphasizes D365 FSCM and Azure integration architecture with breadth across the Microsoft stack.

This home-based position involves travel to client sites or Columbus offices as required, with flexible working in a hybrid setup. You’ll mentor delivery teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and shape end-to-end architectures for customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong architecture and technical leadership experience, including guiding delivery teams and reviewing solution designs.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure application and integration services such as Service Bus, API Management, Functions, Logic Apps and App Services.
• Experience designing integration solutions using enterprise integration patterns, APIs, messaging and event-driven approaches.
• Good understanding of identity, security, networking and non-functional requirements in Azure solutions.
• Good working knowledge of Dynamics 365 FSCM and its core business processes, with an understanding of how areas such as finance, order management, inventory, warehousing and production influence solution and integration design.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 FSCM integration approaches, including OData, data entities, DMF, business events and related patterns.
• Significant experience in a customer-facing consultancy, partner or professional services environment.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, facilitate workshops and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, commercially aware approach.
• Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle, with flexibility around travel and working hours
