Job summary

N/A Architecture Practice in city centre seeks an architect/architectural technologist to run schemes from Stage 4 to handover. You will produce, coordinate and review detailed drawings and construction information, acting as the interface with consultants and clients.

Candidates should have strong BIM Level 2 experience and a solid track record with QMS processes. Vectorworks is desirable, with training provided, and a flexible 9–10 day fortnight arrangement and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering BIM Level 2 projects.
• Experience managing junior staff with knowledge of QMS.
• Ability to produce, coordinate and review detailed technical drawings.
• Interface with consultants and clients.

Job description

A rare opportunity has come in to work for an independent RIBA practice of 12 who recently moved to a new studio in the city centre. They are a certified b corp organisation who provide a dedicated client service across the private and public sectors throughout South West England.

The available position will see you running schemes from Stage 4 through to successful handover. You will produce, coordinate and review detailed technical drawings and construction information whilst being the interface with consultants and clients.

We would like to hear from applicants who are competent with managing junior staff members with a strong understanding of QMS processes. You will have a good track record with the delivery of projects to BIM level 2 standards and have a good eye for detail. Vectorworks is desirable although not essential as training will be given.
