The Role

This position involves supporting the technical team with design, engineering, and legal documentation for new homes, participating in land bids, and assisting with planning applications. You will be mentored by experienced professionals and study towards a Level 3 qualification while gaining practical experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation of technical information for land bids.
• Assist regional teams on technical matters.
• Help produce status reports and update KPIs.
• Gather information from external suppliers and agencies.
• Support legal documentation and section agreements.
• Participate in site development meetings and support planning applications.
• Ensure high-quality technical information to minimize risks.

Candidate Requirements

• 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above).
• Willingness to undertake a Level 3 qualification.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently or in a team.
