Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe Attleborough is seeking a detail-focused Technical Systems Administrator to support the technical and site teams in maintaining compliance with internal and external standards while driving improvements across food safety and quality systems.

You will analyse data, support audits, and collaborate with production teams to deliver Operational Excellence initiatives and continuous improvement across SAP, INNOVA, and other group platforms.

Qualifications

• HACCP experience and working knowledge of retailer standards and BRCGS.
• Experience in supporting audits.
• Knowledge of BRC and industry regulations.
• Experience in Technical/ Quality teams.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• IT Skills - proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and continuous improvement of site technical systems and quality management processes.
• Maintain and support systems including SAP, INNOVA, Recipe Professor, Foods Connected, and other group platforms.
• Assist with document control and Quality Management System (QMS) compliance.
• Analyse technical and quality KPIs, identify trends, and provide meaningful reports to support decision-making.
• Support food safety and quality culture initiatives across the site.
• Assist with internal and external audits, traceability exercises, and mass balance activities.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and support corrective actions using problem-solving methodologies.
• Work closely with production teams to communicate technical data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the delivery of Operational Excellence (OPEX) projects and Technical Excellence objectives.
