Vacancy Description

As an apprentice, you’ll get involved in areas all across the department, gaining an understanding of Network Performance as a whole. You could be getting involved in change requests, managing relationships with key partners, or identifying and investigating poor network management. By the end, you’ll be able to identify your most interesting areas and spend more time increasing your knowledge in those.

Day-to-day, you could be:

  • Ensuring faults, change and monitoring responsibilities are discharged in line with specified procedures, targets and measures.
  • Identifying ongoing issues or blockers that prevent us from achieving targets and collaborating on initiatives to address these.
  • Producing and building reports to later share with senior management on targets, change requests, demands and more.
