? About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Administrator to join our growing remote team. This is a full-time position for someone who is highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about supporting the financial advice profession.

You’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our partners’ businesses – from building advice sets to performing key tax calculations, policy analysis, and business submissions. You’ll also be helping ensure their advice processes remain efficient, compliant, and client-focused.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Administrator, your tasks may include:

  • Preparing and reviewing client policy information
  • Carrying out tax and product comparisons and calculations
  • Producing key documentation such as advice sets, illustrations, and business submission packs
  • Conducting compliance checks and liaising with advisers on outstanding requirements
  • Managing CRM systems and client data
  • Supporting pipeline processes and performance reporting

You’ll work closely with paraplanners, administrators, and Partner Success Managers to deliver seamless support and exceptional service.

  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
  • Experience in financial services, especially in a support or compliance role
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and managing data
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with industry tools such as IO, Dynamic Planner, or similar platforms is advantageous
