Job summary

Confidential in Honiton is seeking a Technical Administrator to join a growing FMCG food manufacturer. You will support food safety, quality and compliance across the site, with ownership of document control, training coordination, investigations and reporting.

Working closely with the Site Technical Manager, you will handle HACCP support, product release, trend reporting and cover for the Technical Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Food Science/Food Technology degree or relevant Technical/QA experience
• FMCG, Food, Drink or Pharma background
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Strong communication and systems skills
• A proactive, hands‑on approach
