Job summary

Claroty is hiring a Technical Account Manager (German speaker) to act as a strategic technical partner for enterprise customers. You will ensure successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing value realization from the Claroty Platform, bridging customers with internal teams to align on technology and business goals.

You will own technical requirements, provide architecture guidance, and drive adoption while building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

5+ years in Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Network Engineering, or similar customer-facing roles.
Full professional proficiency in English and German (written and spoken).
Deep knowledge of IT networking; Network Architect experience is highly beneficial.
Strong understanding of networking standards/protocols such as TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, segmentation.
Experience with Operational Technology (OT) environments and industrial networks is a plus.
CCNA and/or CCNP certification is a strong plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Partner with customers to plan, design, deploy, and configure Claroty’s solutions to meet technical and business objectives.
Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, owning all technical requirements.
Provide ongoing technical guidance, architecture recommendations, and optimization strategies.
Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across customer environments.
Translate customer feedback and industry trends into actionable recommendations for Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
Develop technical artifacts, playbooks, and best practices to streamline deployments.
Support escalations and complex technical scenarios with Support and R&D teams.
Drive executive-level technical conversations and present strategic roadmaps.
Travel up to 30% to support on-site engagements.

Translate customer feedback, industry trends, and field insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
Develop technical artifacts, documentation, playbooks, and best practices to streamline deployments and enhance service delivery.
Support escalations and complex technical scenarios in partnership with Support and R&D teams.
Drive executive‑level technical conversations and present strategic roadmaps aligned with customers’ cybersecurity and operational objectives.
Travel up to 30% to support on‑site engagements, workshops, and strategic meetings.

Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role:

5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Network Engineering, or similar customer‑facing technical roles.
Full professional proficiency in English and German (written and spoken) is a must.
Deep knowledge of IT networking; prior experience as a Network Architect is highly beneficial.
Strong understanding of networking standards and protocols, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and segmentation principles.
Experience with Operational Technology (OT) environments and industrial networks – a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure network architecture.
CCNA and/or CCNP certification is a strong plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to build trusted, long‑term partnerships.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
